According to Malaysia Transportation Rules & Regulations, it is compulsory to own the goods driving license (GDL) to drive a commercial vehicle. The goods driving licence (GDL) is mandatory for renting a vehicle and must be presented at pick up time, else the vehicle will not be surrendered to the customer and no refund shall be made.
